Yes! You can sign up week-by-week or enroll in the full 4-week program for a discounted rate.

Is this training only for advanced players?

Not at all! The program is designed for both middle school and high school athletes at all levels. Our coaches tailor the training to meet each athlete where they are.

Will this training help prepare my athlete for club or school tryouts

Yes! The combination of volleyball skill work and performance training is designed to boost confidence, improve conditioning, and ensure athletes feel strong and prepared heading into tryouts.

What skills will my athlete work on during the volleyball portion?

Each session focuses on position-specific techniques, ball control, footwork, and gameplay IQ, all led by experienced coaches from PRIME Volleyball Academy.
